Hi, I’m Bookie—a marketer with a passion for restaurants. One day, I painfully watched as a restauranteur friend of mine was manually transferring reservations from one reservation platform to another. Perplexed, I questioned why she wouldn’t just integrate her platforms? Why do all the manual labor? Her answer led me to uncover a much larger problem in the restaurant space.
Today’s diner is everywhere—and restaurants need to be too. However, the reservation marketplaces restaurants work with force them to rely a single channel, causing restaurants to leave lots of money on the table.
Savvier operators will find ways around this by listing on multiple marketplaces, but it comes at a huge cost—hours and hours of manual labor typing in reservations. Bookie was born to take the busy work out of the restaurant’s hands, so they can get back to doing what they love.
